Car Wash Service Covering St Louis Park

St Louis Park drivers looking for a reliable car wash can reach Xtreme Wash Systems directly at (612) 323-9160. We've been in the car washing business for over 50 years, and we bring that same hands-on expertise to every vehicle that comes through. Whether you need a quick clean or you're a fleet or business operator looking at equipment installation and repair, one call connects you to people who've actually run washes, not just sold equipment from a catalog. Rated 4.3 stars across Google reviews, we're a working operation with the experience to back it up.

St Louis Park sits in Hennepin County, where the water is notoriously hard, running around 18 grains per gallon. That level of mineral content leaves deposits on paint, chrome, and glass faster than most drivers realize. It's not the same as washing in soft-water cities, and a wash that doesn't account for local water conditions isn't doing the job completely. Beyond that, local permitting for any car wash project runs through the City of St Louis Park's inspections division, and depending on the scope, a project may need a conditional use permit adjustment or planning commission approval. We know that terrain. Neighbors in Maple Grove and Osseo face similar conditions, and we handle those markets too.

What We Offer St Louis Park Vehicles

Five services under one roof, all handled by people who've operated washes for decades.

Car Wash
A thorough wash built around the real conditions in St Louis Park, including water hardness that leaves mineral residue most quick-rinse setups miss. We run a clean, well-maintained bay.
Truck Wash
Commercial vehicles need more than a passenger-car setup. Fleet managers and trucking operators near St Louis Park can bring rigs in and get them through correctly.
Pet Wash
A dedicated pet wash station for St Louis Park pet owners who want to clean up their dog without turning the bathroom into a disaster zone. Bring the animal, we've got the space.
Car Wash Repair
If you operate a car wash in or around St Louis Park and something breaks, downtime costs you money. Our repair team covers Minnesota and four surrounding states, and we don't sub out the work.
Equipment Sales and Installation
Twenty years of installation experience across a five-state territory. We've put equipment in from scratch and we know what holds up under the operational demands of a real wash.

Hard Water in St Louis Park Is a Real Problem

18 grains per gallon isn't just a number. It's what's left on your paint after a rinse that didn't cut it.

St Louis Park's municipal water supply tests at 18 grains per gallon, which puts it firmly in the hard-to-very-hard range. Mineral deposits at that level build up on paint surfaces, glass, and trim faster than most drivers notice. You'll see it first as spotting after a wash, then as a dull film that doesn't come off easily. We've washed cars in this region for 50 years. We understand what the local water does, and we run equipment and wash chemicals that account for it. A wash optimized for soft water is the wrong tool for what St Louis Park drivers are actually dealing with.

St Louis Park Car Wash Questions

How much does a car wash cost in St Louis Park?

Pricing varies by wash type and any add-on services. We don't publish a fixed menu here because costs depend on what your vehicle actually needs. What drives the number is vehicle size, the wash cycle selected, and whether you're adding anything beyond a standard clean. Contact Xtreme Wash Systems at (612) 323-9160 for current pricing.

Is an automated car wash safe for my car's finish?

Yes, when the equipment is properly maintained. A wash with worn brushes, misaligned nozzles, or low-quality chemicals can cause problems. We've maintained and operated wash equipment for 50 years, so we know exactly what the equipment should be doing and what it shouldn't. The bay is kept in working order because that's how we've operated from the start.

Does St Louis Park's hard water affect the quality of my car wash?

It does. St Louis Park water runs at roughly 18 grains per gallon, which is classified as hard to very hard. At that hardness level, mineral spotting on glass and paint is a real outcome if the rinse water isn't treated correctly. We've been washing cars in Hennepin County long enough to know the local water, and we run accordingly.

Do you wash trucks and commercial vehicles in St Louis Park?

Yes. Fleet operators and commercial vehicle owners near St Louis Park can bring rigs in for a truck wash. If you manage a fleet and need a regular arrangement, call us at (612) 323-9160 to talk through what makes sense. We also cover nearby areas like Ham Lake and East Bethel for operators running routes across the metro.

Can Xtreme Wash Systems help me install or repair car wash equipment near St Louis Park?

That's a core part of what we do. We have 20 years of equipment installation experience across Minnesota and four surrounding states. If you're building a new wash operation in the St Louis Park area, or your existing equipment is down, we're the call to make. Permits in St Louis Park route through the city's inspections division, and a new carwash may require a conditional use permit. We know that process. Reach us at (612) 323-9160.

What types of car wash equipment do you sell and install near St Louis Park?

We work with several major manufacturers, including Belanger, DRB Tunnel Solutions, and Motor City Wash Works. Equipment selection depends on the type of wash you're building, your site's throughput goals, and local site conditions. Every install is different. Contact us for a consultation and we'll tell you straight what fits your situation.

Does Xtreme Wash Systems offer a pet wash in the St Louis Park area?

Yes. We have a dedicated pet wash station available at our Minneapolis location, which serves the St Louis Park area. It's set up for dogs, and it keeps the mess out of your home. Bring the animal, we've got the space and the equipment. Call (612) 323-9160 for hours and availability.
